It is about the Book Parade that is happening on Monday, March 3rd starting at 9:15am. Your child will be able to dress as their favorite character from a book and carry the book while parading through the hallways at Meadow Lane for parents and friends! Please remember to send your child with their costume over their clothes or with a change of clothes as they are not to wear their costume all day. After the parade is over, you are free to join us in our room for reading with your child and their classmates. Let me know if there are any questions!

Parents,
You are invited to come and watch your child parade
through the hallways on Monday, March 3rd at 9:15. Students can
bring their favorite book from home and dress up as a character from their book.
Please have your child wear their “character costume” over their school
clothes to school, and then they will have a chance to take off their costume
after the parade. After the parade, you are invited into our classroom to “Stop, Drop and Read” until 10:00.
